Scuba diving in Cyprus is one of the favourite activities of holiday makers and locals that can be enjoyed all year round.
There are numerous ancient settlements, ship wrecks and caves that can be explored all around the Cyprus coastline, expect to see an abundance of sea life especially starfish, parrotfish, rays, sea urchins, jacks, grouper, moray eels, barracuda and tuna to name a few.
Visibility is excellent between 10 - 40m (30 - 130ft), you can dive any time of the year (weather permitting) but the climate is at its best during the months of May - October when a 3mm - 5mm wet or semi dry suit will be more than adequate, in the winter months it may be neccesary to wear a dry suit.
